I downloaded this book after finding it on the free Kindle list one day. I was not familiar with the series and honestly thought it would be an easy fluff read. This story centers around Gail, a successful PR agent, and Simon, the most successful movie star in Hollywood. After Simon gets himself into trouble Gail devises a stupid plan to fix it all.
What happens next is an amazing story that I really enjoyed reading. They head to Whiskey Creek, Gail's hometown, for some alone time and there you get to meet Gail's childhood friends. Through this this book you gets bits and pieces of the friends' lives and I was really disappointed that I didn't get more. Then I realized this is a series and each book in the series focuses on a different friend.
I really liked this book. It was a "stay up too late so I can finish it" kind of book, and I'm excited to get into the rest of the series one of these days.

This was my first Blossom Street book and I loved it. This story takes Lauren, Elisa, Bethanne, and Lydia and intersects their lives in such a fun and exciting way. Reading about Blossom Street makes you forget the characters are actually in the larger city of Seattle. I loved getting to know each woman and her individual relationship with the love of her life. This was a quick, but very good read. I want to go add all the previous Blossom Street books to my reading list. I would definitely recommend this book.
