Jesus Calling for Little Ones {Sarah Young}

jesus calling for little ones book
From bestselling author Sarah Young, Jesus Calling for Little Ones reassures toddlers and preschoolers of Jesus’ never-ending love. Devotions are written as if Jesus is speaking directly to your child’s heart—showing that Jesus knows us from our head to our toes and is always taking care of us. Along with adorable illustrations and a durable format, this is sure to be a treasure for your precious little ones.

My Thoughts:
I think anyone who has picked up the original Jesus Calling devotional would call it one of their favorite books. The popular devotion was given to me several years ago and I keep it on my desk at work to turn to every so often.

Now the popular devotion is available just for your little one. This board book version has been perfect for my preschooler. It is sturdy enough that he can toss it around the house without fear of it ripping to pieces. And it also contains the most important message our little ones can hear: God Loves You.

Each "devotion" in this book is about two sentences long, and features a key verse from the Bible. It also has adorable illustrations that keep the attention of the younger kids.

We sure do love this book at our house, and I think it would be a great addition to any preschooler's library.

Sarah Young’s devotional writings are personal reflections from her daily quiet time of Bible reading, praying, and writing in prayer journals. With sales of more than 14 million books worldwide, Jesus Calling® has appeared on all major bestseller lists. Sarah’s writings include Jesus Calling®Jesus Today? ® Jesus Lives™, Dear JesusJesus Calling® for Little OnesJesus Calling® Bible StorybookJesus Calling®: 365 Devotions for Kids, and Peace in His Presence—each encouraging readers in their journey toward intimacy with Christ.
